About me

Est. in 2025

Originally from the Metro Detroit area, I eventually found my way to Houghton—a place I hadn’t heard of growing up, but one that quickly captured my heart. I discovered this beautiful hidden gem while exploring college options, and from the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and kindness of the community.

Life here moves at a different pace. There’s a sense of calm and connection that’s hard to find elsewhere. I still remember walking down the street during my first visit, exchanging smiles with strangers—it was a simple, genuine reminder of the goodness in people.

Beyond my college journey, I knew I wanted to leave the city behind.
After the unexpected loss of my brother, I felt a deep desire to find a place where I could raise a family—somewhere removed from the hustle and negativity of urban life. I longed for a community that aligned with my values, and it didn’t take long for me to realize that the Upper Peninsula (U.P.) was where I was meant to be.

Following college, I began my career in the cell phone management industry. It didn’t take long to recognize a significant gap in the market: the need for reliable tech support and a company that valued patience, education, and personalized service. In the rural area I worked, I often had to turn customers away or explain that “the closest help is four hours away.” This experience highlighted a growing demand for accessible, local support—and inspired me to explore ways to bridge that gap.

With this experience in mind, I’ve dedicated myself to providing the kind of service I saw lacking in the industry—personalized, patient, and accessible tech support. My goal is to empower individuals and businesses in the U.P. with the knowledge and tools they need, while creating a supportive, community-driven environment. This is more than just a business for me; it’s a way to give back to the place I now call home.
